هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المقدرات الجوهرية بأبعادها (التمكين، الاتصال، العمل الجماعي، رأس المال البشري) ودورها في التميز المؤسسي. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من الموظفين الإداريين ببنك فيصل الإسلامي ، تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (50) موظفاً. استخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات. خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود تباين في واقع أبعاد المقدرات الجوهرية ببنك فيصل الإسلامي، إلا أنها كانت بمستوى مرتفع نسبياً، وجود تأثير لأبعاد المقدرات الجوهرية مجتمعة في التميز المؤسسي ببنك فيصل الإسلامي. أوصت الدراسة بالعمل على تبني برامج تدريب وتطوير خاصة بتطوير إمكانيات المقدرات الجوهرية، العمل على بناء وتعزيز أبعاد المقدرات الجوهرية لإحداث تغييرات تساعد في تحقيق التميز ببنك فيصل الإسلامي.

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of intrinsic capabilities dimensions (empowerment، communication، teamwork، human capital) on institutional excellence. The study followed the descriptive-analytical approach. The data was collected through a questionnaire for a random sample consists of 50 administrative employees who work in the Faisal Islamic Banks (FIB). The results revealed that there was a variation in the reality of the dimensions of the intrinsic capabilities of the FIB، however، they were relatively high. In addition، the intrinsic dimensions were considerably influenced the institutional excellence at FIB. The study recommended the adoption of special training and capacity-building programs for developing the intrinsic capabilities، working on building and enhancing the dimensions of the intrinsic capabilities for making changes that help in achieving excellence in FIB.
